Hotel Staff was very kind ,helpful and cooperative especially Ms. Sara and Ms. Abeer Location is great and very near to the restaurants and shopping center at the hamra Street but far a little bit to Rouche Sea Rock about 15-20 minutes on foot My room was very elegant and stylish . Breakfast is good but need more varieties of food

Great staff, everyone friendly & happy to help. Good breakfast, they prepare it for you when you come. I liked the location, it's next to (one of) the main street where there are restaurants and exchange offices (which was super relevant when I was visiting). Possibly to park a car in front of the hotel on the side of the street (free). Electricity was always available (it shuts down for few seconds every day, when they have to turn on generators, but you barely notice that). WiFi was good and available in the room and other places in the hotel.

Breakfast was yummy! Location is amazing! The staff was very charming and they wanted our stay to be the best of bests! Defo will be back there if visiting Beirut again ;) Make sure to haggle with a Bolt/Uber driver if arriving to Beirut via the plane.

Sara was very helpful she tried to fix all things that she could and always with a big smile. I think without sara the hotel would be badly rated. she tries her best to make residents satisfied.

"Very Poor"
The hotel looked (old Fashioned ) with so cheap traditional decorations! most rooms are old type and did not meet with the pleasure and comfort that I had Paid for in the first place! The staff was also ( an old typist ), The breakfast was not really satisfactory and elegant, maybe the chef was not experienced enough to satisfy his customers with fine and clean food!
